Can Align Therapeutic Bodywork fix my pain?
Depending on the pain you are experiencing, the origin of the dysfunction, and how severely this pain impacts your life, it may take 1-3 sessions before experiencing long lasting results. We rely on extensive continuing education and knowledge of the body to eliminate our clients pain. At Align Therapeutic Bodywork, we are happy to offer a thorough consultation over the phone before you book your first appointment to ensure that we understand your pain, and the results you hope to achieve.
What are your rates?
Align Therapeutic Bodywork offers a tiered pricing structure based on the level of experience of the massage therapist that you work with. All massage services are fully inclusive. There are no add ons or up charges for Hot Stones, Ashiatsu, Cupping, CBD, Aromatherapy, or any other tools & techniques we may use during your service. We believe that these are tools for us to give you the results you are already paying for.
We currently offer 2 different pricing tiers based on your massage therapist:
Advanced Massage Therapist
60 Minute Massage/ $125
90 Minute Massage/ $185
2 Hour Massage/ $250
Master Massage Therapist
90 Minute Massage/ $200
2 Hour Massage/ $265
How often should I come in?
This really depends on what results you are looking for.
If you love receiving massage, and mostly deal with stress and tension of every day life, we recommend coming in once a month- or as often as you like!
If you are experiencing chronic, or debilitating pain (pain that is preventing you from doing activities, restricts your range of motion, or is pain caused by previous injuries or surgeries), we usually recommend tackling the problem head on with 2-4 sessions the first month, and then reevaluating after those first initial sessions. The more consistently you tackle a problem, the faster your body is able to heal, and the sooner you can begin living your life again pain free.
Should I see a chiropractor, or acupuncturist? How do I know massage is right for me?
We are happy to help you determine what avenue of bodywork is best for you and getting the results that you want. Massage, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and physical therapy are all excellent modalities to help alleviate pain and facilitate healing within the body.
Literally, every 'body' can benefit from massage. Whether that is reducing pain, decreasing stress and anxiety, or preparing your body for upcoming changes (like pregnancy, birth, or surgery)- every one benefits from the preventative care that massage offers.
Clients at Align Therapeutic Bodywork benefit from not only from therapeutic and orthopedic techniques, but people that are exposed to greater amounts of human touch heal quicker, are significantly happier, relaxed and less prone to disease.
What are your office hours?
Like many of you, our massage therapists have families and our availability fluctuates throughout the seasons. The availability shown in our online schedule is always up to date with what days and times we are available to take appointments. Generally, our office hours are as follows:
Sun: 1:00pm - 7:00pm
Mon: 9:00am - 3:30pm
Tue: 9:00am - 3:30pm
Wed: 9:00am - 8:00pm
Thurs: 9:00am - 7:00pm
Fri: 9:00am - 3:30pm
Sat: 1:00pm - 8:00pm
What is your cancellation policy?
We respectfully ask that you provide us with at least 48 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing at least 48 hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive services they need.

Appointments cancelled or needing to reschedule within 48 hours of an appointment will be charged 50% of the full priced scheduled service. Appointments cancelled or needing to reschedule within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the full priced scheduled service. You can easily reschedule your appointment online by clicking the cancel/reschedule link at the bottom of your appointment confirmation/reminder email, prior to the 48 hours.

Sick/Covid Cancellations: If you find that you are ill due to Covid symptoms, or other illness and need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, there will be a 100% cancellation fee that is kept as a full credit for your next session.

Weather Cancellations: Due to Colorado's unpredictable weather that can can change at a moments notice, we have implemented the following weather policy; Should your appointment land on a day with potential snow, we default to the Jefferson County School District. If schools are closed due to snow, we will reserve the right close the office and reschedule all appointments for the day.
