Meet Molly

My journey with massage started when I was 8 years old. I used to give shoulder rubs to my family for .25 cents and they would always tell me, "You should go to massage school! You have the touch."
The seed had been planted for a long time, and in 2013 I took action and enrolled in the Denver School of Massage Therapy. It was solely a way for me to create some income and find a way to pay through a real college education- until I fell in love with what I was doing.
My passion for bodywork was unexpected. I wasn't into yoga, or fitness and I wasn't particularly great at science. Some how I found myself exceeding with more success and pride in the work I was producing then ever before.
I graduated from the Denver School of Massage therapy in 2013 and have been working full time ever since. In 2018, after working in spas and chiropractic offices, I decided to start my own business. After a year of trial and error, figuring out what worked for me and what I really wanted, Align Therapeutic Bodywork was born and I have never looked back.
In 2016 I become a licensed aesthetician, but immediately found my way back to the body. I am also a certified practitioner of NeuroLinguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy (R), and Hypnosis. In addition to massage, I offer coaching services to assist people deepen the connection between mind, body, and pain- and achieve tangible goals and new levels of conscious living
I ignored my body most of my life. It wasn't until I was in my first year of my massage practice that I even knew it was trying to tell me something. My body is like a mystery filled with messages, trying to tell me things about my life and the universe. It holds secrets for me, just waiting to be discovered. My mission is to help you discover your body's messages. What does your body want you to tell you? What is it dying for you to know?
