• Starting pay $19.00–$24.70/hr — covers setup, room turnover & closing. No massage math. No surprises.

A humble, coachable, clinically grounded therapist with a strong deep tissue foundation who takes ownership of their schedule, their notes, and their client relationships. You carry yourself as the skilled professional you are — in how you present yourself, build relationships, and navigate every client interaction with warmth and clear professional boundaries.
